Undeliverable Payslip and Invoices
Suddenly today, my own payslip email is bouncing, as undeliverable. I did test, and unusually, it will deliver ok to one of my other emails - which is just an alias of the mailbox of the one its rejecting.
I have tested with invoices to my clients, cc'ing my email, client gets invoices, but suddenly today my copy bounces. If I use my alias email it delivers to me.
I am receiving mail ok to the same email from clients and other emails.
We just added the myob domain to our whitelist, so far has not sorted problem.

Really appreciate you breaking that down. That's definitely a head-scratcher, especially when everything else is behaving and yours is the only email getting bounced. Sounds like you've already done all the right testing on your end.
In cases like this, it's possible your email address has been accidentally flagged on our system.
