Undeliverable Payslip
Hi,
I've just had an employee's email address reject their payslip email (diagnostic code is rejected). I've tried resending it, and having them add the Apps.myob.com email to their contact list, and it is still being rejected. Can you please help?

An undeliverable pay slip with a "Diagnostic Code: rejected" usually happens because the recipient's email address is incorrect or they haven't whitelisted the MYOB domain: *@apps.myob.com. If your employee has done this, our support team can check if the email address is blacklisted on our end.
