Unpaid Bills Report and Unpaid invoices report not loading

Hi 

 

As per your request sending you a private message. I am having trouble with a lot of reports on the browser. Our Serial no is ********7476.  Please look into this ASAP.  Thank you

    Hi, I am unable to generated unpaid bills or unpaid sales reports, each time I attempt to run the report it shows an error message saying 'failed to load'.  Please advise how to fix this, I need these reports asap.

    Hi HummEng,

     

    I've made some changes to your account to help with your failed to load report issue. I recommend running the report for a shorter time period. Additionally, try clearing your browser cache once more and ensuring that you have a stable internet connection. If the issue still persists, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
