Hi Genreve_S I put in a support request for this 6 days ago and they still haven't actioned it. Very annoying as it took a couple of hours to manually untick all the clients I didn't want receiving the summary. The feature should be opt-in, not out!
How long does it normally take to get your support request actioned? If I phone it's a 2 hour wait, and all MOCA suggests is that I put in a support ticket. Very frustrating!

I can see why that’d be frustrating, especially after already waiting 6 days.
Support wait times are usually around 3–5 business days, but with the current volume of requests coming through, it can take longer, and we’re not able to give an exact timeframe.
Your request is already with the team, so for now the best next step is to wait for them to pick it up. We appreciate your patience while our support team works through the support requests.
