User access restriction to print

We are thinking of hiring a Virtual Assistant for sales and Purchase entries in MYOB and would like to restrict them from following. How can this be done? We don't want them to print and save any data on their laptop or download it and make use of it.

  1. Print Sales Invoices/ sales register
  2. Print Purchase Invoices/purchase register
  3. Export Import Data 
  4. Print cards list

    Hey sydney2000,

     

    Great call hiring a VA for sales and purchases and locking down anything that could be saved or downloaded. You can set that up with a custom role so their user access only covers what you want them to do. When you create the role, leave these unticked to block printing and exporting across the board:
     

    • Print Sales Invoices/Sales Register
    • Print Purchase Invoices/Purchase Register
    • Export/Import Data, and Print Cards List

    Once done, assign the role to the VA and you're good to go. Also, here's a handy guide in setting up roles.
