"You can not send emails at this time" error message when sending invoices

Hi there, over the past 3 days I have been getting this error message when trying to send invoices. I managed to send 5 invoices on Thursday before the error started, another 10 invoices on Monday but today I cannot send anything. Is there something I need to do to sort this?

    This kind of error usually happens when the system hits its built-in daily email limit. It's nothing to worry about, our support team can check it out for you. They might need to unblock the limit or run a quick script over your file to get things working again.

    Thanks Doreen, however, when I try to use the MOCA assistant it advises me that it is a public holiday and to consult the forum.  Currently looking for an alternative product that has useful support mechanism.

    Hey Stephen7,

     

    I know it’s not ideal to be hit with that error right when you’re trying to get 150 invoices sent out or have to make an announcement. The “You can not send emails at this time” error pops up when our system spots a high volume of emails from one user and temporarily pauses sending to keep things secure. To fix this, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. This way, they'll be able to check your account and apply the fix for you.

    This solution is not particularly helpful when you have 150 invoices to urgently send.  Especially when you try using the chatbot and get advised that its a public holiday, go to the forum for help.  Does anyone know a solution to allow me to send out invoices?
