10.5% superannuation not calculating correctly for junior employees who are entitled to be paid

Hi.

I have JUNIOR employees who have worked over 30 hours in a single week.

The 10.5% superannuation is calculating incorrectly for these juniors and this is occuring over multiple company files.

All company files have 'minimum required rate 10.5%' selected and senior employees superannuation is calculating correctly.

I have attached a file showing the superannuation calculated on Junior employee's payroll, you can see it is calculating the super at a higher rate.

Can you please explain how this can be fixed, without having to manually calculate the super every time?

Thanks

        That all looks okay

the only suggestion I have is if there was a payroll for the previous week and it has rolled that on as well

so if you add the two pays together whether that accounts for the total super in the second pay?

that's the only thing I can think of
