Accountright Application Error - System.ArgumentException

I currently have MYOB 6 files I use. I have one file that is coming up with an error as above - this file I mainly use at home on laptop - the file has been upgraded however I am not able to upgrade...

I am unable to private message - when I click on name - send message it then takes me to private message titled screen with MYOB details below?
