Add a job number to an already processed timesheet

Hello Fellow MYOB users,

Perhaps a blank Thursday morning but my client has asked me to add a job number to an already processed April 2024 timesheet.

I am aware that unfortunately I cannot simply add it under Timesheets but can anyone advise on a Journal.

I currently have:

Date: 3.4.24

Memo: Name Add to XXX Funding as advised by Admin

First line;

Account Code: Wages & Salaries

Credit: $xxx.xx

Second line;

Account Code: Wages & Salaries

Debit: $xxx.xx

Job No.: XXX Funding
