I have been using AR online for about 2 years now and MYOB for 25 years.
Recently when I went to do payroll, all staff are now listed by First name in Alphabetical order rather than the surname. Its highly frustrating and I can not understand why this change occured without notification?
Can you please advise why this occured and if there is a preference to set it back to surname sort on the web???

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the name listed in payroll and I do apologize for the delayed response. Currently, the report will use the employee's first name for sorting regardless of the sorting set by the user in the Sort option, previous versions (AccountRight 2019.1) will use the employee's last name for that sorting. However, I do recommend heading over to our Idea exchange Board where you can post this suggestion for our developers to review - other members of the community can also vote on this idea.
