Annual leave accrual
Hi, My employer is wanting to pay annual leave based on every hour worked, not on a 4 weeks per annum basis. Is this poosible and if so how do I go about entering this ?

Yes it is possible
In payroll catergories select entitlements tab select your annual leave tab
change the calculation basis to equals percentage of gross hours
The percentage I use is 7.6923
I always do a check to ensure that only the OTE hours are picked up in the calculation
If anything is added that shouldn't be included you can make it exempt in the annual leave tab
