I would like to confirm if these employees were using AGEST before. I suggest checking your super fund list if AustralianSuper is set up correctly. This Help Article, Set up superannuation funds, has detailed steps on how to add a standard super fund. You can still change the employee's super fund by going to Payroll >> Employees >> Click on Employee's name >> Payroll Details >> Superannuation >> and Save any changes made.
If you are still experiencing this even after correctly setting up the funds, you may send a private message with screenshots of your employee's super fund being set to AGEST for us to check further.
