Hey StocksLawyers,
You’ve done the right thing setting up the pay split across two bank accounts. However, there's no option to show each bank account or the split on the pay slip itself, so it will only display the usual details like gross, tax, deductions and the final net amount paid. If she needs something in writing to show how her pay is divided, the easiest workaround is to keep the split set as it is and give her a quick note or email confirming how much goes into each account each pay.
Cheers,
Doreen

Hello Doreen,
The payment split is shown on the emailed employee payslip, however is not shown on the payslips when you access them through the employee profile in MYOB. Is this something that can be changed?

Hi AinsleyJ,
You are right, at the moment the split only shows on the emailed payslip. The payslips you open from the employee profile only show the total net pay and are not customisable, so there is no setting we can change to show the separate bank accounts there.
If the employee needs to see how their pay is split, you will need to email the payslip so they can view the breakdown, or save the emailed PDF and share that version with them.
I recommend posting this on the Ideas Exchange board for other users to vote and for the dev team to gauge the interest in that payslip option.Regards,
Genreve
