Change Employee Super Fund - Onboarding Choice Form

I have an employee that used onboarding, including super choice form.  The employee has now changed funds and I have updated in the card file, but the original super choice form remains, how do i upd...

    Hi Moore1963,

     

    Thanks for your response.

     

    Since you're using the ATO Small Business Super Clearing House for payments and not processing super payments through MYOB, the super choice form won't be automatically updated within MYOB. To update the employee's super fund choice, you'll need to reach out to the ATO. They'll be able to assist you in updating the superfund details.

I get that you're looking to update the super choice form, and I'm here to help. To update the super choice form, you'll need to process a payment for that particular employee. Once that's done, the fund details should automatically change, and you'll be able to view the updated super-choice form.

    Hi,

    I use the ATO Small business Super Clearing house for payments, so do not pay through MYOB.

    How will it get updated using this method of payment of super?
