change of pay rates due to DOB

We use Deputy Payroll and export timesheets to MYOB AccountRight.

 

I'm having trouble updating junior employees' wage rates on the employee card, ie say a 16-year-old is on $20 per hour (wage payroll category) then turns 17 and a new pay rate of say $24 is ticked. So, basically in the same financial year, this employee has been paid two different rates of pay due to their DOB. When times sheets are exported over to MYOB it sends to the OLD rate and not the NEW. I'm unable to untick the old rate as it's been used in the current financial year. I have made sure the rates of pay are correct in Deputy before exporting the timesheets.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to the Community Forum.

     

    If you're experiencing the error when trying to export from the other system, this is something that you would need to check with the provider, as it is a third-party software integration.

     

    I hope they are able to assist you with finding a resolution.
