In this scenario, the super would go to SuperfundTwo as the payments are still pending. You just want to make sure the payments are 'pending' in the 'Pay Superannuation' window, not the 'Manage Payments' window - where payments are awaiting authorisation (cant be adjusted, would need to be reversed).
