CHANGING EMPLOYMENT STATUS

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have an employee who has been fulltime for years on salary and leaving the company but will come back on a as needs casual basis. Hoe do I change him with this. WIll he have a new Card and will that then means he will have 2 group certificates.&nbsp; If you could please advise how this is to be done ASAP.&nbsp;Many thanksJanelle
