Changing the Memo in Pay Superannuation

Hi

 

I have taken over from previous person and would like to amend the Memo in the Pay Superannuation screen (because I like everything to be neat and in the same format).

 

If you go to Payroll and Manage Payments a list will come up with all the different payments made.  How do I amend the Memo (name) to reflect what they are please?

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    I'm afraid that once the Pay Super transaction is recorded, the Memo field cannot be edited. It would have to be reversed and re-processed through Pay Liabilities with the updated memo, but this would cause more untidiness between the reversals and reprocesses, so I would not recommend it in your case.
