Hi, when going into the paysuper for payday super, it has all very old accruals still remaining, although paid through external clearing houses. I have been advised to clear them to a clearing as paid then journal out. There are errors as some funds dont have ABN or USI. When I go into the super fund settings, these are greyed out, so cannot add? Please advise how I clear these old accruals?
Yes they have all been paid through the ATO clearing account. The reason I dont want them available is so they cant accidently be paid, which i have already had a situation that did. Do you mean I have to create another super fund > go to every employer that has an old fund that is greyed out & update them to the created super ?

I can see why you’d want to clear those old accruals out properly before they cause any confusion in Pay Super. If those are old super accruals that were already paid through an external clearing house, you can use Pay Liabilities to mark off those remaining super payments as paid. For the super fund details being greyed out, that can happen when the fund record itself isn’t editable the way you’d expect. A handy workaround is to create the super fund again with the correct details, assign that new fund where needed, and then continue from there.
