Hi everyone,
Just a quick update, I went back and had another look and found a workaround in one of the cases.
After the original Pay Super payment was rejected and refunded, this is what worked:
- Set up a new super fund in MYOB using the same ABN and USI from SuperFundLookup.
- Switched the employee over to that new fund in their card/employee record.
- Reprocessed the super to the new fund.
After that, the super payment should go through without any issues.
