Clearing Sick Leave accrual
How can you clear sick leave accrual balances when staff transfer from part time to casual?

Thank you for your post.
If you are wanting to clear out this entitlement, I would suggest doing this in an adjustment pay run, this will ensure there is an audit trail of this.
You will need to take note of the current balance in the employee's card file, then create an unscheduled pay run for the relevant employee, clear out any fields that have amounts in them, and place a negative figure next to the relevant entitlement category by the amount that needs to be reduced, example below:
