Corrupted ABA file

Hi,    I have an corrupted ABA file issues since 5 weeks ago when a new employees started.    The ABA files always corrupted on him when his name came in dorpping a line which cause the whole fil...

Hi StuartHKC 

 

When you created the new card, did you copy and paste any of the fields? If yes, try creating without copy and paste. The copy and paste might be including an invalid non-printable character. Does the user's name have a non alphanumeric character?

    Hi Gavin, 

     

    Thank you for the fast reply.  

     

    The card was re-created by entering fresh.  The characters of the name is all Alphabetic, no number or special characters. Bank number is correct and he received payment properly.
