Thanks for checking in here, and sorry for the late reply.
At this stage, I haven’t seen any wider reports about the OK button not showing when creating a new payroll category. I did test this on my end and, at first glance, I couldn’t see the button either. After dragging the window up a little more so the bottom of the screen was fully visible, the OK button did appear.
When you get a chance, could you please try clearing your AccountRight cache first and then test it again? It’s also worth making sure you’re on the latest version of AccountRight.
If the button is still missing after that, please check your display settings as well, as these can sometimes cause buttons or parts of the screen to be cut off or hidden.
