Deacticate notif for new starter

Hi,

I have already deactivated the notification for new starters to edit/access files. However, MYOB keeps sending it to them, which confuses them, and I have to keep telling them not to take any action.

How can I fix this permanently?

Thanks,
Indigo

    Hi IndigoHermawan,

It's a bit confusing for me to understand exactly what you're doing at the moment, as managing user access is different from adding a new employee. If you're in the process of setting up a new employee, you can input their information manually without needing to send them the self-onboarding form. Check out this link for more details.

If none of this addresses your issue, the best thing to do would be to contact our support team using any of the support options available here.

    Cheers,

    Princess

Can I proceed with manual entry and restrict all access to this setup? Am I correct in understanding this? Thanks

Despite unchecking the box to restrict access, the system failed to apply the setting, and card invitations are still being sent.
