Do I enter the last day worked or the last pay date as the termination date?

We have sold our business as of Nov 1. The employee entitlements have been taken over by the purchasing company. I paid all outstanding wages as at Oct 31.  I then paid a bonus dated Oct 31 but paid ...

Thanks for your post. The termination date is typically the last day of employment, however, if you're not sure I would recommend checking with the ATO or your accountant.
