Does everyone get Leave Loading

Hello,

I have recently been terminated from part time and reinstated as casual. 

I have never been paid leave loading in the past 5 years of my employment, and my employer needs to pay me out my annual leave as I won't build up any now that I am casual. 

Is leave loading supposed to be a part of my entitlements or does he just pay me out the annual leave at my normal wages amount? I am the only employee of a small business, so I don't know what I am supposed to recieve.
