Employee Emergency Contact Details

Hello, 

 

Has anyone found an area to record employee emergency contact details please?

    There is no specific field for this in MYOB. Open an employee card, on the profile tab there is provision for 3 phone numbers, you could use one of these (however fields only allow 21 characters).

     

    On the Card Details tab there is a Notes section, and there are Custom Fields. You could use the notes section or if you are not using a Custom Field for anything else you could set Custom Field #3 as Emergency Contact (see Lists > Custom Lists & Field Names > Employees).
