Hi Aakanksha, 

 

Thanks for posting this. We're currently aware of an issue affecting some services like onboarding in the software. The problem has been partially fixed, and the team is actively working on a complete resolution right now.

Hi Genreve, Thank you for confirming. However, i am still facing the same issue. Coud you please check and confirm when it will be resolved.
