Hi Compa,
That’s not how the onboarding screen’s meant to behave. Best move is to contact our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. This way, they can check why the tax section is loading blank and help get it working again so your employee can finish their details.
