That’s a tricky one, especially when it’s only affecting one employee.
As a first step, it’s worth asking the employee to open the onboarding link in a private/incognito browser window or try a different browser/device, as this can sometimes help if the page isn’t loading properly for just one person. If the same issue continues after that, the best next step would be to reach out to our support team so they can check what’s happening. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
