Hi Melisa
The same message is happening to me and I am also unable to send you a private message. I have tried clicking on your email icon as well to send a message and it doesn't work. Can you please provide me details to send a private message.

Hi Melisa,
I sorted it out - it turned out my MYOB session had expired, that was why it wouldn't send, so just had to close MYOB and open it again then it worked. (It is annoying that sessions keep expiring though, that has been happening a lot lately, even though I always tick 'stay signed in for 12 hours' when I log in, it always seems to 'expire' at some point in the working day (ie within the next 7 or 8 hours) - would be great it you could report that to whoever needs to know.

Hi Mellisa,
When I sent an invitation I gt a message ""Failed to send email: We couldn't sent send the invite to your employee. Try again later". Could you please help with that.
