Does the self onbarding tool for employees replace the need to fill in a super choice form or a Tax file declaration?

Great question! The self onboarding tool will allow your employee to submit their own personal, banking, tax and superannuation details and will reflect in their employee card.
If you'd like to retain a copy of the employee's submitted superannuation details, you can download it from their card file. Click into the payroll tab and click view completed super choice form where you'll be able to print or save. A new employee's tax details will be sent to the ATO when you declare their first pay run from MYOB, so you won't need to submit a TFN declaration.
