Employees unable to do Self-Onboarding

Hi

The last two employees that I have sent an invite to do the Employee Self-Onboarding could not do it.  First employee couldn't even get in, it just kept loading and wouldn't let him continue. I resent another invite with no luck, so I entered the information manually.  The second employee I sent the invite yesterday, he was able to get in but it froze and wouldn't save.  Appreciate any help!

    Welcome to the Community Forum! We have tested this on our end and did not encounter any issues. The problem you are experiencing might be related to your internet connection or browser discrepancies. We recommend clearing your browser's cache and history, and restarting your modem/router and any other network devices. This can often resolve connectivity issues. If the issue persists, try using a different browser.
