Entitlement Balance Rollover to new pay year 2020/2021

Hi

 

I need to process a annual leave pay today and there are no entitlement balances in the entry screen.  It shows on my entitlement Balance report excisitng hours but I noticed that opening balances have not rollover.  

Screen shot attached Entitlement Information with the carried over tick box showing grey so can not access.

 

I have not touch this tick box feature at all.

    Thank you for patience

     

    As has been indicated, we are aware of the warning message that is appearing when processing the pays that relates to the leave entitlements. This is caused by the end of year sequence of events. Processing your first pay in the new year should roll over those hours as intended. Clients are encouraged to ignore that message.

    Does anyone know what the temporary workaround for this is?

      Everyone is posting about having thsi problem but have not seen one response from MYOB. Concerned that their payslip will all show negative balances.

    We should be able to process wages as per normal though?   Even though we are getting warning notice when we process leave taken, I can still proceed... right?

      I have the same problem with sick leave and long service leave but the box has been unticked and cant tick it back. Annual leave is ok.  I have waited for an hour and my call was cut before I get assistance. :(

        Create a new Entitlement Category.  Search for my post - i've advised how to do it!

      I have paid wages, I am assuming once the entitlements roll over, the employees will no longer be in "negative"

      We are going to process payroll as normal, take tick off payslip the do adjustment if needed

        On a chat to MYOB now:

        "We apologise for the inconvenience, we’re looking into the cause right now and we realise how important it is to resolve it as quickly as possible."

        I have asked how do we process payroll in the meantime:

        "We are asking all of our clients to try again in couple of hours"

    Also experiencing  the same problem - we are running a server version of 2020.2

      Same here eoy entitlement balances not transferring, even though the boxs ticked

    We are having the same issue, I will hang up from MYOB and save 2 hrs of my day. What a mess

      I have a live chat in queue to try to resolve the issue. Going to perservere and let everyone know if I have any success
