EOFY amounts showing zero

Good afternoon   I am in a bit of a dilemma, I have completed the EOFY finalisation and an employee is coming up with 0.00 amounts but they have paid taxes for that financial year. Please see bel...

Hi BGCS 

 

The figures on Summary of Payments report are In this case I'd suggest following the steps in this Help article - End of year finalisation with Single Touch Payroll reporting, where it talks about checking the Summary of Payments report and what to do if the figures aren't correct.
