Thanks for your post. If there is a green final indicator tick in the payroll reporting centre finalisation window, this would indicate that the employees have been finalised. It would be recommended to contact the ATO if the status hasn't updated on their end.
You can also remove the finalisation and re-finalise the employees and check to see if this updates the ATO window.
