Hi Melissa
I have tried your suggestion to silve my problem with the Account Right and STP reports not matching.
The Activity and Register reports match.
The ATO reporting catergories are correct . The payroll category have not been ticked exempt. The problem is that the Annual leave and sick leave amounts paid for 4 employees have not been include in the STP reports but are of course in the Account Right reports.
I spoke to a MYOB support person yesterday who advsied doing a $0 pay run . Rhis was done but has not made adjustments.
What is the next step.
Can i finalise the employees that are correct with out finalising the incorrect emplyees.
Please help this is getting very frustrating particicularly when you are on hold for so long trying to speak to some one

Can you please provide a screenshot of those annual leave and sick leave categories that he employees are linked to so I can take a look into this.

here is the screen shot of catergories. The issue still persits even after speaking to support yesterday and they got me to do a $0 pay run for all employees and this didnt change the verification report figures.

Hi MScott,
Thanks for the screenshots. Did you run the $0.00 pay and date it 30/6/22 ? If you did, the employees that aren't appearing are they active employees or have they been terminated ?

Yes the $0.00 pay run was done for the 30th . 3 employees are active 1 was terminated but we reinstated him before doing the $0.00 pay run
