EOFY YTD missing gross ytd for terminated employees

Both employees resigned and had their final pays under STP1. I have tried reversing their terminations, checking that their payroll categories are correct and processing a zero pay but their gross ytd is still showing as zero.

    Have you moved to STP Phase 2 since ? If you have, you would have had to remove the termination date when moving across as per this Help Article. If you haven't please follow the FAQ at the bottom of the page What if I've moved to STP Phase 2 without considering terminated and inactive employees? listed on the help article linked above to update the employee figures.

      What if I've moved to STP Phase 2 without considering terminated and inactive employees? I cannot find this article

      I have an inactive employee that was terminated and their Gross YTD $ are not showing up in the EOFY finalisation report in Single Touch Payroll reporting.

      This is very frustrating can someone please assist asap?

        Hi,

        I did it a few days ago so my memory may not be 100%. I had to make them active again, remove their termination date in account right desk top and remove the termination in the online version, double check that their payroll categories are correct for stp2 (which they were not) then process a zero pay run for both of them. I then had to log off and on again to the online platform and that worked. I did not reinstate either of their terminations until everything finally balanced. Good Luck
