Error payroll payslip stage AR

How do I report this fault  - payslip stage of payroll and it comes up with attached. Tried going back and return to this stage no change - going forward - no payslips - went to separate send payslips not showing as option to send - not appearing in sent emails.  Checked with staff not received payslip emails.   Advise fix and how to report faults
