ETP item not reporting and Category greyed out

Hi ,  It is my first post. Will you email me if there is an update ?  Problem: The ETP item in payroll  has not reported to the ATO, it makes the Verification report doesn't match the MYOB payroll...

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble changing the 'In Lieu of Notice' reporting category. If there's already a pay run for this category, you won’t be able to alter it. I recommend reversing the pay run for that category, and then creating a support ticket through your account at myob.com. Our repair team can help fix the category.

 

In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you require any other assistance.
