It seems you're facing an issue where the Fair Work Information Statement and Casual Information Statement are showing as "NA" in the employee details PDF after using MYOB’s self-onboarding. To resolve this, ensure that the employees completed all sections of the onboarding process, particularly those statements. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser, and make sure your MYOB is up-to-date. If the problem persists, manually confirm with employees if they've acknowledged the statements. MYOB Onboarding does not give any options around accepting (or otherwise) the Fair Work Statement and/or the Casual Employment Information Sheet.
This has been happening for some months now. Please get it fixed.
It is very frustrating when a supposedly automatic system is not working - especially when there could be serious consequences for the employer if the Information Sheets are not supplied.
