Fairwork and Casual Information Statement Onboarding not working

Good morning,    I've sent 2 new employees off this morning with the onboarding link and both have completed but when i go to "View PDF" of employee details submitted via self-onboarding it shows "...

Good morning, 

 

Can someone MYOB please repsond to this as this is still happening and requires fixing ASAP to meet ATO payroll obligations.

Hi MichaelaJohnson, 

 

The NA under Fair Work information usually appears if the option for it isn’t checked under general payroll information. To fix this, I recommend making sure the "Include Fair Work Information Statement during employee self-onboarding" option under general payroll information is checked.
