I have done a out of cycle payrun (tried on 3rd July) doesn't work. I also did a full fortnight payrun, that also didn't work(7th July). There was no error, it just the Process Payments come up as zero for both. As per below... I am about to do the next fortnight payrun and I really do need to process the previous fortnight before I do this week. Can I please urgently get some help.
I am having the exact same problem - any help would be good please!
Come on MYOB. This is not good enough as this happens the same as last year. Is there a process we need to do in order to prevent this. We are getting desperate as we will have multiple payruns still not working.
Still now fix from MYOB. Should I ask someone else?
