Thank you for this. However, we don not use the Employee self-onboarding process. When we manually enter employee details, once the email address of the employee is populated an email is sent to the employee for self-onboarding and we are not able to untick the "Provide access to employee benefits". Is there another way to disable this functionality in MYOB?

I can see how that'd be a bit of a pain if you're entering things manually. If what our moderator suggested doesn't do the trick, someone's already popped this idea on our Ideas Board. If you reckon it's worth pushing up the list, you can chuck your vote on it here: Disable Flare Benefits offer | MYOB Community. The more votes, the more likely the team is to give it some love in a future update.
