Help required - Payroll Reporting -Year to date Verification report is not working correctly

    Hi Sofra1 Andrew30,

     

    We have created a dedicated board that may help resolve EPFY STP issues for you:

     

    Furthermore, if you have had terminated employee's throughout the year this may be contributing to the imbalance. If you find this is the case, you will need to reactivate their cards, remove their termination dates, then process an Update Event/ $0 Pay Run to push through and update their totals to the ATO. 

     

    Once you're happy with the reports, you can enter the termination dates back into the card file and continue to finalise your payroll year.

      I have one employee that was terminated previously….

       

      His termination pay was not reporting correctly through to the verification report.

       

      I have reversed his termination payment and processed a zero pay to see if this corrected his verification report just based on his prior payments.

       

      The system payroll activity reports are correct, but the gross amount being reported in his verification report is still out – even though I have completely reversed his termination payment which is what I thought was the problem, as the amount that it is out by is the unused annual leave – which isn’t even in the system anymore as it has been reversed

        Prior to running the zero pay, was the unused annual leave payroll category still assigned to this employee's card?
