    Hi dcdp,

    It seems you are viewing the browser version of the help page. On the help page, there will be an option for you to select the desktop version (AccountRight). Please see the attached screenshot for further assistance.

Hi dcdp,

Since leave hours accrued are based on the pay runs processed, the drop in accrual could be due to a manual adjustment. With that, you can adjust leave balances by following the steps in this help page: Adjusting leave entitlements to go back on track. 
 

I’d also recommend checking past pay runs and reports to see if any changes were applied.

    Thanks for the tip Earl!

    I'll go onto MYOB to see if can make the manual adjustments as suggested by the link that you provided.  I'm almost 100% sure I didn't make any manual adjustments to the holiday leave accrual in the previous pay runs - as I don't know how to do it to begin with.
