Hi Eight30,
You’ve explained your setup clearly and you’re right, having to print or manually send a second pay slip every time is a bit of a pain. To send pay slips to multiple recipients automatically:
- Go to Print/Email Pay Slips
- Select the To Be Emailed tab
- In the Email Address field, enter multiple addresses separated by a semicolon (;)
- Add both the employee’s email and the person who handles the transfers
This allows you send pay slips the need to send a separate manual email.
