How do I confirm salary sacrifice amounts are being paid into an employee's super account?

Good question. Once the salary sacrifice super has been set up, the amount should flow through with the employee’s super contribution and be included when you process and authorise the super payment in Pay Super. A good way to check it is to review the employee’s pay and the super amount showing before you authorise the payment, then keep an eye on the payment status in Manage Payments to confirm it has been processed.
