Your understanding is accurate. Since the Payroll Register report pulls data from the Employee cards you could edit the pay history to fix this. May I confirm if you already created a pay run for the new financial year 2023-2024.

Hi . I have run three pays in 23/24. Meanwhile i spoke to myob chat and they internally adjusted the reports for me. then i did $0.00 run and my STP matches. So it is resolved now. thanks

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.
We were able to run a fixed script on your company file. Kindly send update event or process a $0 pay run for the affected employees with a pay date in the affected payroll year. For more information when sending an update event, kindly check The Help Article: End of year finalisation with Single Touch Payroll reporting.
