How to record employee direct payment from WorkCover?

Hi,  We have employee claim the WorkCover. WorkCover directly pay to employee. How do I record the payment ? Also,how to report to ATO and calculate payroll tax?    Thanks

WorkCover can be a bit of a tricky one.
